The camera opens with Jason and Kris standing in the ring across from each other. Kris shoots across the ring and locks up with Jason. The two struggle for position for a few moments before Jason whips around and forces Kris back into the corner before separating.
Jason: “You're too small for that shit, Kris. You can't go straight at m--”
Kris: “I'm not coming right for you…”
Kris waits until the moment that Jason turns away and runs forward, shooting a low dropkick to Jason's right knee that sends them both back first to the mat. Jason rolls away, to the edge of the apron and then off the side and out of the ring. Kris starts to laugh and pushes himself up.
Jason: “You're a real cock, you know? I'm trying to be straight up with you and you're acting like we are enemies.”
Jason walks around on the outside, stretching out his leg and Kris comes to the ropes, resting on them.
Kris: “You're such a baby.”
Kris takes a step back and then surges forward, he reaches out to the ropes and pulls the top one down, throwing himself over it. Jason sees him coming and adjusts his position and raises his hand to catch Kris with a slap as he descends. The younger of the two brothers takes the shot on his left cheek, but lands on his feet. It's now his turn to walk it off, rolling his jaw with a smile.
Jason: “Now we are even.”
Kris: “Fair enough.”
The two move closer to the camera. The exchange a silent argument about who is going to speak first, before Jason holds up a closed fist. Kris does the same, and after three shakes of their hands, Kris keeps a closed fist while Jason flattens his. He covers Kris’s hand and laughs.
Jason: “Rookie mistake.”
Kris: “Don't let it go to your head.”
Jason pulls a chair out from under where the camera sits and spins it around before collapsing into it.
Jason: “Redefine is home to the debut of Jet City. Jason Halich. Kris Halich. The two brothers that nobody saw ever tagging with each other. Each of us is successful in our own right. I have been doing this for too many years. I am not going to run down the list of what I have done, because a new company means a clean slate. I doubt Kris will feel the same way. He likes to brag.”
“The important thing that the two of you need to understand is that there will be three people in this match with my first name, and the only one that anyone is going to remember is me. You two are the first little stepping stone for Jet City’s ascension. There is no easily exploitable dynamic when it comes to Jet City, because we can both do it all.
This is Jet City.
And it is time for us to start redefining tag team wrestling.”

The scene opens backstage at Refine 30 as we see Aries standing with a towel over his head he is obviously pissed off as he just glares at the camera.
What you want some comments here are your fucking comments Xandor Cross this is not over between you and I not by a long shot but now I get thrown in to a tag match with Jason Richards no less. Richards you and I may share the same name but that is where the similarities end so do us both a favor try not to fuck this up for the both of us.
He wipes his face walking away from the camera as the scene fades to a black screen.
(A Few Days Later)
The camera is once again set up inside the Iconic Academy with Aries sitting on the side of the ring once again just glaring at the camera.
Kris and Jason together they are Jet City and you two are going to redefine tag team wrestling is that right you’re the tag tem of the future. I must say that is cute but the wrestling world has heard it before so tell me gentlemen how do you plan on doing this little venture? I mean you seem to think the two of you are just going to walk in and walk out making some sort of impact. I am going to let you know what is going to happen wither my partner decides to show up or not I could break the both of you in one fell swoop. I am the man you two did not want to step in the ring with on your first night in but sadly here you are. Jet city well your looking at the man that is going to burn the fucking city to the ground and walk over all of the ashes.
He walks away from the camera as the scene slowly fades away.

The video feed slowly begins with video of Jason Aries promo beginning to play as we see J.R. calmly watching on a smirk slowly coming across his face as he watches on. He chuckles a bit to him as the insults begin to flow the video comes to an end. He scratches his head and then slowly crosses his arms across his chest as we can see he is trying to find the right words. He takes in a slow deep breath as he lets it out he begins to speak.
Damn Aries tell the world how you really feel about me I mean hell you just basically tried to call me out by my own man hood but that is fine. The fact is we both do not like one another but there is something we both don’t like even more that being losing. Aries you and I are in this tag team match no matter what there is no getting out of it so we might as well make the best of it. I will say this though any time you want to step in the ring one on one I am not a hard man to find.
He seems to now shift his focus as the camera continues to watch on not wanting to miss anything as he takes his focus off of the camera for a moment. He now puts his focus back on the camera as he once again begins to speak to the camera.
Jet City you two men seem to want to be something special you want people to talk about you for the years to come but the only thing they will be talking about is your failure. I am not going to lie I know nothing about neither one of you but from what I see is two men who have no clue. I was where you are right now ready to take on the world then I was put down left lying in the middle of the ring. I can promise that the two of you are going to have the same fate. I hope your family is not watching because your blood will be on my hands and that is something I can say makes me happy, I am going to break your spirit you’re will and then your bones. I can knock you out or I can make you tap out I will take a moment and then let that sink in. I am the reason your parents told you to never cry wolf see you soon gentlemen.
He walks away as the video feed slowly cuts out.

Jason and Kris can be seen in the front row of a movie theater with over-sized 3D glasses on. The camera sits in front of the screen, looking down on the two. The viewers cant seen what it playing on the big screen, but for those who have been following the promos for Jet City’s debut, they notice the last few words of Jason Richards’ promo. Instead of cutting to black, the screen goes white, lighting up the theater. Kris points up at the screen.
Kris: “I see what you're saying now….”
Jason turns to his younger brother and nods.
Kris: “By far he is the bigger idiot. You know, I was giving it to Aries because of the whole, ‘beat us by himself’ thing, but you called it right.”
Kris reaches into his pocket and pulls out a small roll of cash, peeling off a twenty and slapping it into his brother’s hand. Jason smiles, and straightens the bill out.
Jason: “I mean it was close, Aries even called out his own partner.”
The two share a laugh.
Jason: “Of all fucking people to call out, he chose to shit on the one that is supposed to be watching his back this week….”
Kris makes a clicking noise with his mouth to show his disappointment.
Kris: “This Richards guy though, he's something special. Not like, gifted kind of special. More like paraplegic olympics kind of special.”
Jason reaches out and pats the back of his hamd against Kris’ chest. When the younger of the two brother's returns the gaze, Jason frowns and shakes his head.
Jason: “Dont insult the kids by comparing them to this guy. I mean, what kind of idiot asks if we are going to have family watch? If you aren't going to watch, how are you going to know when to tag in? I mean, if I don't watch, how am I supposed to know when I need to jump in and save your ass?”
Kris: “Yeah…”
Kris leans up out of his seat as Jason’s last few words finally process.
Kris: “Wait! What is that supposed to--”
Jason cuts him off.
Jason: “Not the time to argue. We have an audience.”
Kris: “Fine. I got this.”
Kris pushes himself up out of the chair and approaches the camera, speaking directly to it.
Kris: “The problem that these other Jason’s have is that they are looking at us as a couple of rookie nobodies. They are talking like we don't have a decade of experience between us. Thats the thing boys, we aren't going around this block for the first time. We have been around. We have been a roaring success. The only difference is, now we are doing it at the same place, at the same time. I guess there is just one other difference though. There is one more new thing. That's the two of you. You're new to us, and we are going to make a first impression at your expense.”

Jason Halich is seen in the gym, stretching out his limbs in preparation for his upcoming workout. The camera moves on a swivel around him, clearly with someone inexperienced in controlling it, as it bobbles around with each step. It becomes evident who is operating the camera when it stops in front of the older of the two brothers, with the younger issuing the first words.
Kris: “Jason Halich, the great and powerful, ready to take on the world! Do you have any words of wisdom for our viewers?”
Jason looks up and rolls his eyes.
Jason: “Who in their right mind gave you a camera? Were they high?”
Kris: “I found it… nobody is going to miss it. It’s mine now.”
The older of the two brothers opens his mouth to shame his brother for theft, but then slams it closed and holds up both of his hands, palms out to the camera.
Jason: “You know what? I don’t even want to know.”
Kris starts to circle his older brother again, this time holding the camera slightly more steady. When he stops, he pokes his head around, into the frame, and smiles.
Kris: “It would appear that our wise and noble leader doesn’t have any knowledge to drop on us. Whatever are we going to do without his guidance?”
Kris disappears back behind the camera and holds it steady on Jason, who sighs.
Jason: “Fine, we can do it your way. I got a little something that I can talk about for a quick minute.”
The camera wobbles excitedly in Kris’ hands.
Kris: “Lay it on us my brother from the same mother.”
Jason again rolls his eyes, and starts to stretch his left shoulder as he speaks.
Jason: “What has struck me most about these promos that I have been watching is that neither of these guys seem to know who we are. It can’t just be me that takes that to heart. Here I was thinking that I have accomplished a good little bit in my career. I don’t like to brag, but I have been to the top, to the bottom, back to the top, and then back to the bottom of several companies. I mean, I even walked into IWF and walked out as the new face of the company in a single night. I won a triple crown in XWA. I have been a hardcore, TV, international, rising star, and world champion. That has to get me some kind of recognition, right? Or, at the very least, make me someone that isn’t looked upon as a rookie. I mean, I have been doing this for nine years now. That’s kind of a long time.”
Jason again holds his palms out to the camera.
Jason: “Don’t get your panties all bunched. I know that outside accomplishments mean nothing when stepping into a new company. All I am saying is that maybe, just maybe, someone actually give me a half a second of recognition.”

“You know, Jason got me thinking yesterday. Now, I know that may come as a surprise. I don't look like the type to pay any attention to what my brother thinks or says, and looks, in this case, are not deceiving.”
Kris is pacing back and forth in front of a stationary camera. He brings his fingertip of his index finger to his lips, thinking of how he wishes to put his words. It's only a few seconds before the right phrase hits him.
“Aries is under the impression that my brother and I are claiming to be the future of tag team wrestling. To go even further, that we think it will be easy to make a huge impact in our debut. To those claims, he says that Jet City is going to get burned to the ground.”
Kris nods to himself, turning on his heel to pacet the other direction.
“... and then my brother comes along and asks for a little bit of recognition for his achievements. I can understand that he wants to demonstrate that he is no rookie, and that is fine, but at some point, we have to address our weakness. That is what I have been debating with myself for an entire day. That is why the camera is on. That is why I am talking to you guys.”
Again, Kris turns on his heel and spins the other direction. This time he holds up his index finger to the camera.
“First. Jason and I have never once been in the same company. Sure, there was that little stint in Pride where he ran one show, and I competed on another, but I dont count that. That being said, neither of us really know what to expect from the other behind the scenes. Maybe we click. Maybe we annoy each other more than normal. Any of that can make our performance lackluster.”
He switches direction again before he walks out of the frame. He holds up his middle finger next to his index.
“Second. We have never once teamed before. We have never been in a real ring, in a real match, at the same time. Training together is all good, but we both know we have separate styles when it comes to the ring. Honestly, neither of us can say, with any certainty that we will mesh.”
He finally stops, center of the frame, and looks at the camera for the first time. He puts up his thumb as the third digit.
“Third, and last. This is where you come in Aries. We aren't out to flip the world upside down. When we talk about redefining something, we aren't talking about an entire company. We’re talking about redefining ourselves. And yes, to do that, we need to make an impact against you. Does that mean it is guaranteed? Of course not, and I have just told you why.”
He smiles.
“However, if you're laying down money, I wouldn't count on Jet City flopping.”
